Don't know about the seat springs. On the hydraulics, add a reservoir and a pump. You can rig up a bracket to attach the pump so it runs off the generator belt. You'll have to get a longer belt so it will go around both the generator and the new hydraulic pump pulley. You'll have to also have hoses and a control valve of some kind and a cylinder to lift whatever it is you have in mind. It's gonna be a fairly expensive deal. I have a shop mule that is rigged up like that for the snow plow.
