Innnnput, we need innnput ;) (to borrow from the short circuit movies). The cast in number sounds like a valid IH casting ID, the nelson tag must be something aftermarket added to the tractor. Look for a tag that says International Harvestor Corp. Typical places to look are attached to seat supports, left or right side of clutch housing, or near the pedal covers, or up front by the steering box and radiator support depending on which model you have and it's age. Also, tell us a little about the tractor: - wide front or narrow? - engine in center of tractor or is it offset to the left? - rear tire diameter? (24/36/38") - are rear wheels bolted on flush to thge end of the axel, or a clamp arrangement that can slide on an axel shaft for different widths? - does the steering wheel go down the top of the tractor and dissapear into the hood, or down the right side, or down the left side as it goes to the front?
