I had similar problem after the rebuild of my SC and finally had to torque the head to 80 lbs. I took it in 5 lb increments from the 65 to 80. Be careful not to twist off a head bolt (Voice of experience) Condensation will settle as the tractor cools down in colder weather. Try to get the C up to operating temp before shutting it down. A small amount of condensation seems ever-present in these old engines. The seal could be leaking at the hydraulic pump but feel it would mix with the engine oil and not settle to the bottom. Hytran has a built in water inhibitor and don't know if it will turn milky if mixed with water. Good luck.//FB
