I had this same set up on a 560 that I bought new. I think it is suposed to correct itself as your Massey does. I really never had enough confidence in that system to plow with it. I used a 4 furrow trailer plow. However, having said that I also really never saw any draft controll system that I would have confidence in prior to 1960-65. I think most companies had this down quite well by mid sixties. One item you must remember about that old fast hitch system is that it is the pioneer of lower link sencing. We all know that lower link sencing went on to be far superior to uper link sencing.
