Sam, Been there, done that! The problem with any stop leak addititive today is that they react with the rubber on the oil seals and if you remember a lot of those old seals on these tractors were originally leather. Besides once you flush with either deisel or kerosene all your seals and gaskets will start leaking because this has just removed all those years of gunk build-up on them. I ended up replacing all the oil seals including the drive shaft and hydralic unit shaft after flushing with kerosene after draining that "brown pudding" out of my "H". This is also a great time to check the bearings for all the shafts as well. By the way, the PTO shaft should take two or three of the new type rubber seals. Good luck with your project. Tip - best way to knock off the counter shaft nut once the shaft for hydralic unit is removed would be a good monkey wrench. It will turn right off.
