Farmall M for FFA

I am looking at a 1941 Farmall M. It runs excellent and has had a recent head rebuild job. The carb has been rebuilt. It has 13.6x38 tires that are about 80%. It also comes with skeleton rear steel wheels that needs lugs. It has new guages, a belt pulley, the small starting tank, good clutch, a magneto, good hrdraulics, and fenders. It needs paint but that is it. What is this tractor worth. PLEASE HELP. I don't want to get too much money in a tractor. Thank you!!!
