Sounds like you found a good one. In my area in the mid-west a tractor like this would be worth in the neighborhood of $1000 or maybe $1200. Now I wouldn't go rushing out and offering the guy $1200 for it becuase I would try to buy it for as cheap as I could. I would offer the guy $700 and go from there. You can always raise your offer. The skeleton wheel's aren't really worth a whole lot without the lugs. I found some lugs for an H one time and paid like 2 or 3 dollars a piece for them. I thought I got a pretty good deal on them and I think it was a lucky find too. The hardest part will be finding the lugs.
