Grain Drill

Found an old international grain drill. Front of operating manual book says Int 10 drill. On inside cover says it's 13x7 drill. Outside of drill is rusted but not real bad, none on inside. It is a hand lift model. I can't figure out how to raise the drills. And how do you engage and disengage them. I see the adjusting crank and know it sets the pressure on the drills themselves but I dont see how to raise them. I know there is a way. But not too familiar with this piece of equipment. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
