Hello, I am completing an r & r of the rear axle bearings and seals. In the axle carrier housing between the seals and bearings is a large dead space. Should this be packed with grease? Will oil pass behind the inner seal and keep the Outer bearing lubed? I am aware of the zerk in the carrier end cap but the outer seal will prevent grease from going this far...right? Also, the seals should be installed with the lips toward the bull gear. Is this correct? Thanks for any help as I am paranoid about messing this project up
