fuel bowl on Farmall H

Hello,
Worked on the old H tonight and she would start but would starve for fuel after awhile. I took the bowl under the tank apart and turned the fuel back on and it only trickled out. I tried to run a torch tip cleaner up it but it did not help. Surely it should flow a good stream. Think tomorrow I will try blowing air up it. It is a new bowl assembly though I noticed it was made in Turkey. Anyone have any thoughts. I did try it with the cap off and that didn't increase the flow at all. Thanks YC
