This past weekend I put my new tubular intake and exhaust on for the M that I got from Denny's Carb Shop. I had great service and one heck of a product. It has a 3" exhaust opening and I have a 3ft chrome pipe. But with the manifold sticking out of the hood it's about 40" from the top of the hood. All exhaust tubes are seperate until they go up and then go together which I like. Went through the carb and recheck the timing and carb adj. when it ran. It's on 12v conv as well as 12v ign. and H.S.! does it run!! It has a very very fast response pretty much instantly! It looks awesome and works great! Idling it sounds the same but full throttle it is actually quieter than my old set up with no load. One very very happy customer and a very very happy M. Sorry for the long story but I'm happy as kid on X-mas day! I know I know before the hearing police come I read all the other post. I have selective hearing and I have no probs with louder equip. I need my hearing to trouble shoot problems most of the time. I hear what I want to hear. Sometimes I can't hear certain people and I can hear really soft noises that others can barely hear. Who knows! I think people are capable of making there own decisions. It's there life and you only live once!
