First of all you will have to block up the front of the tractor and remove the entire front end assembly from the motor forward, this will include the hood, grill, raditor, water pump, fan, etc.. Then remove the govenor assembly. To remove the crankshaft pully you will need to use a "split bearing puller" and a two or three jaw puller. The pully may require heat in order to get it off. Now you can remove the front timing cover, distributor, hydraulic pump. Now you will be at the heart of your problem and can figure out what you need to replace.
