i have put many of thes on if you take your gen bracket turn it upside down put it back on then slide a piece of ready rod through both the alt and the bracket you should be real close to wre you need to be as far as a bracket goes contactag electrical in racine mn. ask for brian 1800-328-7845 he has a real nice zink plated bracket it is realclassy and not to$ also you may have to grind off the end of the alternator to clear by the rad mount ?sometimes you do sometimes you don't? it will be a tight fit but real handy.
