I hope you are not like me. I have been wanting to build a workshop/shed for about 5 years. But you know the drill, I am going to build it next year. With all respect, your tractor needs attention now. It may already be to late. Might cost more to fix her up than it is worth but you will not know that untill you tear the engine down and that process includes trying to get the engine unfroze. With 3 plugs out and sitting out in the weather, chances are that more than one piston might be froze. I use automatic transmission fluid to soak. You will also need to keep anymore weather, dirt, and what have ya from getting into the enternal engine so by all means cover the exhaust, and put plugs back in. Be patiant becuase freeing an engine up takes time.
