Yes this could have a cracked block, pin hole rusted through from water jacket area or a leaking head gasket. Do what I did with an "M". Flip a coin heads fix it right, (spend money) or tails use the stop leak. I used the stop leak on mine and it held for 3 years, until I need to take her down for oil consumption. It may not be right, but if it will fix it why not all your out is about $10.00. Good luck.
