R.O., I read your post and I am not able to answer your question about anti sieze but I did read in my B250 Diesel manual that equall resistance would indicate the glow plugs are working, I understand if one is faulty that none will light up. If your tractor starts with the glow plugs in cold weather then every thing is rosy. I have been using injector cleaner conditioner in every tank of fuel that I put in this tractor as it had sat unused for 8 years. I found the tractor starts better and runs better since I used this product. While I think about your question I can't see how anti sieze would hurt anything..good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
