I recently just did the injectors on my 460. All i put neversize on was the bolts holding the injectors on. When i got mine back fron the diesel shop they gave me a thin metal washer that goes in the bottom of the hole were the injector goes. Then there is the same metal ring that goes inside the pre-combustion cup. There are also rubber seals on the top lip of the injector there micgt be a dryed out seal or a missing one that may be letting water and moisture in. I took mine out and they just slid out. just clean them well and you should be fine. Good Luck!
