Bob,no Im not moving when its doing this but if I do keep it moving slightly it wont make the racket.Also I noticed today while playing around with my son behind it on a sled that if I push the clutch in,whether its moving or not the engine rpms drop down slightly and say if I stop moving foward and go into reverse and stop and put it into nuetral theres a slight jerk backwards,it also does that going foward.
