Your problem is caused by the spraug (one way clutch) has tipped over. Basically the oneway clutch is supposed to be free one direction and not the other. Yours is now locked up both ways. It doesn't hurt the tractoir to drive it this way if everything works. If you go to the shaft to eliminate the TA you also need a different MCV valve. I have eliminated the TA by bolting the high side clutch solid and throughing away the spraug. It does the same thing and you don't need to buy any parts.
