IH300 utility hydraulics/power steering

I have a IH300 utility and am putting a loader on it. The problem is that the tractor I took it off had power steering. There is a hydraulic line that goes from the loader valves to the two point hitch valve and then into the back of the safety regulater block. This is also where the power steering line comes from.The problem is my safety regulater block doesn't have the port for either line.I am not sure if this line was just for the power steering, or if I have to buy the right safety regulater block.If this line was for the power steering I shouild be able to simply cap it off. NONE OF MY BOOKS SHOW THIS LINE.
