You need the regulator block off the other tractor- it contains a priority valve for the powersteering- so you don't ever lose powersteering with using the loader. That would be the easiest fix. Otherwise you would have to splice in a external regulator downstream from the hydraulic pump in the high prssure line. Do you have powersteering on your 300? If not just plumb up your lines to the loader. I'm still a little confused as to why the line runs from the loader valves to the two point hitch valve? Are the loader valves mounted on loader frame itself? How many hydraulic valves are mounted on the tractor? You should have a least one to run the two point hitch, and another to run the rear hydraulic ports for implements. Let me know what your setup is and I'll try help you out.
