IH used either all coarse or all fine threaded bolts on the 300-350-400-450 series hoods. The IH part number for the fine bolts is 362593R91. The coarse thread are part number 362664R91. These screws have a "phillips head" to them with a built in star washer attached. With 40 bolts used to hold all of the tin work on, replacing everyone can be a bit spendy.
