It was then that I realized that in the excitement of having friends over to help me put the motor back on the tractor I had forgot to bend to metal over the bolts to keep them from backing off. So... off the engine must come again, oh well, I do enjoy working on my tractor. But anyway.... while figuring out where all the parts go, I noticed something odd on my governer gear, there are two sets of "two punch marks" 180 degrees from each other. One set is 2 marks inline towards the center, these are right below the "low point" of the tooth. The other marks are beside each other with a single tooth between them. I would have to say that the later marks which I described don't look as "factory" as the other two, but I thought I would ask. Thanks as always.... Brian.
