Transportation question

What would you suggest for me getting my 'H' from my house to my property? It's about 20 miles. Here's the options I see: Drive it there, only problem the best road route is also a 4 lane highway, I'd be very nervous going down that death trap. An interest option is I could take it over the ice. I'm one mile from Lake Huron and my property is one mile from it too. It would be the shortest driving route. Rent a trailer. But that would get pricey in a hurry if I kept bringing it back and forth. Would any of you leave your tractor unattended? Buy a trailer. What would I look for. How much might I expect to pay? Could a car dolly work? It would seem to be alot cheaper than a regular trailer. Any other ideas?
