To my knowledge, McCormick (Landini) just bought the McCormick name and the British product line. Case IH owns the IH man-on-tractor logo and the IH name. International Truck and Engine is the IH coprporate structure and truck and engine divisions carried on under a different name. There seems to be some debate about who owns what- some of the division sales didn't spell things out too well. I know that Case and MTD really got into it a few years ago.
