Guy, that's interesting; I was wondering about it myself. I bought a First Gear scale model of an IH R-190 truck and on the bottom of the box it said, "International and IH(man-on-tractor) logo are the property of International Intellectual Properties, LLC(or some similar outfit)." I thought that was both interesting and confusing. Like you said, there is evidently still some question about who owns what. The feuding between MTD and Case amuses me. If they were smart, Case would hire MTD to build a line of Case IH garden tractors, problem solved ... well, probably not, ha ha.
