Hydrogen is one of the most powerful fuels on the planet. I think you are living too much in the present. The exhaust from this is Steam. The only problems that exist is a safe way to house the fuel and to produce it efficiently. I like my gas cars, trucks and Tractors that all run on gasoline, but would embrace (if it didn't cost too much) a new technology.
