I wasnt stating that JD was any better than farmall, as I know better than to come to the IHC discussion forum to do so. If I wanted to bash IHC then I would have gone to the JD forum. I simply stated that JD leaped ahead in options when farmall came out with the supers,and JD introduced its first number series. I like to drive that super H just as much as any other tractor, and it is more appealing to the eye than any JD ever was.
As far as your statement about me already knowing everything. I simply wanted a picture of some cultivators on a letter series rowcrop tractor, and I got everybody's comments, and no pictures. Some people were at least genrous enough to tell me where to get a manual rather than making it sound as if I could possibly be a failure in society for not knowing that 50 year old implement manuals were available from binder books. This individual also had to ask if I was sure about the model of MY tractor, in which this person had never seen. I realize now that this person was not trying to directly insult my intelligence, but was ingnorant of this setup themself.
Just for thought: If you are going to try to do some hand slapping on this site you are going to have to take some lessons form Larry in CO. He knows how to put a fella in his place with the facts. I can learn to appreciate that. If you have any other statements that would be distasteful please email them to me dont post them for everyone to have to see their shrewedness
