Take the housings and the calipers (maybe wrong name, things that push the disks) to a machine shop and have them turned in a lathe to get the glaze off the metal parts. Have .015 to .020 taken off the housing where it bolts up to the tractor. Put in new disks, balls, springs and new rubber boots over the adjusters. Paint the housing where it bolts to the tractor after assembling to keep moisture out of the seam. Adjust brakes properly and always set the brakes when parked. I've done this to an MTA,350, and Super W6-TA and had good luck with all of them. Just bought another Super MTA and am going to do it too.Replace the bull cage oil seals if they are leaking into the brakes.
