Tractor Deaths/Injury Due To Flipping Over

I realize that safe owner operation of a tractor is the #1 deterrant to this, but are there any models more likely to turn over than others? Also is my 53 Super A one of them? The reason I ask is I have a friend at church whose father was crushed under one when he was trying to pull up a stump and it flipped over on him. I realize also that some tractors have weights you can add on the front to help with this. Your thoughts please. Thanks
