Bill: You are probably better off with the people that don't know how to drive on snow. We have had a lot of icey road days this winter. Yesterday was one of worst. Temp right around freezing, couple inches snow fell, temp droped very rapidly, salt stopped working and black top turned into a glaze. The idiots around here think they can drive 60 mph on that. Trucks on 4 lane were off by 15 mph, and running arround 50 mph. It was slipery enough that log truck would spin at 50 mph. Cars, mini-vans and SUV still whizzing along.
