Hyd. system for a M

Can anyone tell me how you can run a 3 point hitch and a loader at the same time from the belly pump. Clearing snow, I need a back blade to go with the snow bucket on the loader. I have a 3 point, but I unhook the lines when I put the loader on. It would be great to use the loader and the 3 point together. Thanks. The old m did good with the 2 feet of snow we had
