Steven's rig is the way to go for convenience. If you want something quick and cheap that's better than what you have, invest in 3 ball-type shutoff valves and install one in each line. You can lift the 3pt blade, close the valve on the left rear line of the liftall system, and leave the blade raised while operating the loader. By lifting the loader to a convenient height, you can close the valves in the two lines leading to the loader and leave it locked in place. This will let you unlock the line to the blade and use it. I have used this system for several years to allow use of the 3pt on my M to handle a plow without removing the loader. I can plow the garden this way in less time than it takes to remove and replace the loader.
