IH mystery military

I recently went to inspect what I think is a model H, serial #FBH 32295x1, with a second tag on the right of the hood with USMC 67004 702177, how do I know this is a h model, and does anybody know how to find out military past of such machine. There are no Marine bases around here. thanks John
