What usually happens if word gets out is that someone who has no intention of buying the item will drop in and tell the owner that it is worth $$$$$$$ more than it really is. Then when you go see the owner he/she says "Oh, I have to have 20 bazillion dollars for it." And then your left to watch it rust down. Then after a couple of more years the owner gets tired of having it sit in the yard and lets some junk dealer have it for nothing just to be rid of it. And of course the owner doesn't bother to call you and give you the opportunity to buy it at the price he is going to let the junk dealer have it at. People never cease to amaze me. So if you find it, yes, keep it a secret until you can get it loaded on your trailer.
