Take it to a machine shop and have it honed to the correct fit, this is a floating pin. With oil on the bushing, piston and pin you should be able to push it in with your thumb(s). You can put the pin in a freezer, or use dry ice on it to shrink it, but you shouldn't have to do this. The piston pin diameter is 1.3125-1.3128, piston pin clearance in piston should be 0.0001-0.0003, piston pin clearance in rod bushing should be 0.0005-0.0007
