The price really depends on what the owner is willing to sell if for and what you are willing to pay for it. With out seeing the tractor it is hard to put a value on it. The W4 series are on the rare side but that really dosen' t change the value to some people. I have a 1946 W4 that I bought for $250.00 that was in really bad cosmetic shape but when I pulled the head off everything was new and it had high compression pistons so I lucked out there. It really depends on the tractor.
