The guy that look to me like is making the most for the investment is the guy that washes windows. I live just out side of Lawrence, Ks. (about 85,000). Live in a walkout rancher, it does have some good size windows. Wife has a company called "The Window Guy" wash the windows once a year and he charges $200. He and a helper are here about 4 hours. Total investment is a vehicle, two ladders, a couple of buckets and some hand tools. He has a waiting list of about 3 weeks. She has used the same company for three years and says that he is the cheapest. Looks like a real money maker to me. BTW I checked out what he used to clean them with, DISHWASHER SOAP.
