Funny guys...but all of us here in the Southern Tier, Triple Cities, Greater Binghamton, Central NY...Including those in Elmira, Ithaca...refer to our area as Upstate, NY. Gueass we're all to stupid to know where we live????? We refer to Watertown...as Northern, NY. Sorry I posted the pics, it took a while, but figured everyone would enjoy lookin' at them, but all I got was a bunch of geography experts telling me that my region has been called the wrong thing all these years. Typical! Pete
