Binghamton might be downstate from Watertown but it's upstate from NYC. Traditionally, upstate has referred to any area north of Westchester County. Watertown to Potsdam area is referred to as the North Country. Just telling you what has been commonly accepted terminology for years. Also, it snows around Binghamton, too. Real disappointed in the Farmall board response to this one. Usaully, the Farmall board has been above this kind of nonsense that tends to appear on other boards.
