I just bought an overruning clutch for an old ford that I like very much as it is easily installed and removed. It had the 1 1/8" dia. 6 spline and was $41.90 delivered and I had to pay tax as it came from in state. The larger 1 3/8" dia. unit is a couple of dollars higher. My old ford did not have the side groove for the latch pin but it only took a few minutes with a side grinder to grind a small radiused groove in one spline of the pto shaft. If the unit you had did not fit because it was too small you will need the 1 3/8" size. To my awareness there are only two sizes for 540 rpm pto's. Your source for the above referenced over running clutch is 1-800-345-0169. I am not connected with this source, just a satisfied customer.
