I took the pump off and stuck it in a bucket of oil and run the pump with a drill motor. The pump works fine. I read on this site about a pressure regulator valve orifice and screen that cloggs up. It is the allen screw in front of the battery. My was so clogged up that it was collapsed. I cleaned it up and now the left side rockshaft works really good, but the right shaft will not move. It makes a hissing noise when the lever is anywhere except full up or full down. Has anyone run into this problem? I took the rockshafts off to clean and paint them, so I know they are not stuck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
