I wonder if the tractor has power steering, it was a option, do you have 2 small lines going up to the front bolster, otherwise if it does you must have 2 pumps, one is mounted onto the other main pump in the clutch housing, called a tandem pump, the smaller pump is for the ps, has its own circuit and relief, its drive and oil supply is common with the other.
