Dead Battery on Super M ta

I cannot figure this out, if anyone can help I would be very greatful. I have a Super Mta that I cannot keep the battery charged on. I have unhook all the lights, put a new harness on from the switch to the alternator. (tractor was switched over to 12 volt when I got it) The alternator checked out fine, but when I leave it set for even a couple of days the battery has been drained down just enough so it will not start or turns over really slow. I have tried changing the battery also. I am lost!!!!!!!
