I had this problem with my 140.
Take a plug and put it on one of the wires to see if you are getting any spark. If not, it could be the coil. If you are getting spark, then it could be the timing. I put the wire on wrong after changing them and this is what fixed mine.

Check to see if you are getting spark on an old plug.
