I would want to pull the head off,and drop the oil pan next.This way I could start soaking the
cylinders with PB-Blaster,or diesel fuel etc.This
will give you an idea of if you can break it loose very easy.Depending on how bad it looks,you
may end up having to drive out the old pistons.It
seems to me if it sat very long full of water that may be the only option anyway?
