This sound like project for the machinist. All the cylinders should be rebored (requires the engine to be pulled) to accept new repair sleeves, then standard rings and pistons are used. Depending on how bad the pits are between the valve (valve seat?) and the cylinder, the machinist may decide to stitch (drill, tap, insert) the gaps. Epoxy is not suitable.
