water in oil IH684. How serious?

I need an answer kind of fast, I am thinking about buying this tractor, but noticed a slight grey cloudy cast to the oil, not obvious like a blown gasket or anything, just a little cloudy. The owner of coures didnt know about it, but did say the breather tube on the side of the engine had a dirt dobber nest in it and it blew oil out of the dipstick when he started it earlier this year. could that have caused this or could it be a small expensive leak, again, the blown head gaskets i have seen, the oil is swirled in with the water and it makes a frothy swirled mess, this isnt like that. The tractor is older but good besides this, and at the asking price I could put a head gasket on it and still be ok. Any ideas?
