My dad had a loader on an H like you describe, straight arm chanel iron loader. Pivot point was right in front of axle carier. Not sure on number 30 or 31. He had a factory 7foot angle blade that bolted to that loader. The blade was just a larger version of ones you see on Cubs, SA or SC. It was actually quite heavy material. Blade was about 15 to 18 inches high and was rolled out of 5/8 plate. It had an extension on top made out of 3/16 or 1/4 giving another 10 inches height for snow. I had that blade for years. Angle mechanism broke up and I put quick attach on for skid steer loader and scraped free stall dairy barn with it for years. Shid steer finally broke it in two pieces in middle.
