No David the tractor was not intended to set high in the front for any 2 point reason. Depending in the size tires front and rear can have an effect on the front to rear attitude. How ever there were different spindle lengths for wide front end use for various tractors. Give us a little more information on tire size and spindle lenght from the center of the front axle tube to the center of the spindle.
